Thanks for being part of the 6th Annual Food Revolution Summit! The Food Revolution Network Community Support Team is committed to getting you fully informed about how the Summit works, and resolving questions or technical issues that come up.
Below is a list of the most common questions we receive. We hope our answers help you get your question answered and issue solved, so you can get back to listening to the Summit interviews right away.

How do I listen to the live presentations?Click here to sign up for the Summit for free. We’ll keep you updated throughout the Summit and notify you when the live interviews are starting.
Our daily, live broadcasts will be hosted, HERE. From April 29th until May 7th, 2017, the interviews will air online at 8, 9 and 10 am, Pacific time, and each will last an average of about 40 minutes. You can listen for free live from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, using this link (we'll also send you the link before the summit begins). Or you can join us by calling in to the teleconference line.
What time do the presentations go live where I am?The presentations are listed in Pacific Time at 8am, 9am and 10am PDT. You can find out what time that is in your location with a Time Zone Converter by clicking here.
How do I access the replays of the Summit interviews?You can catch the interviews you missed, here. Each day’s interviews will be available on replay for 21 hours after the original airing.
Are there any other language options?The Summit live interviews are only offered in English. The Empowerment Package includes a professional Spanish translation of all the transcripts.
Do you have options for the deaf or hard of hearing?During the live Broadcasts, there will be a button on the left side corner of the video where you will be able to turn on the Closed Captioning during the presentations. You can find the Broadcasts page, here.
If you purchase our Empowerment Package, it includes transcripts of all the interviews for you to download and keep indefinitely.

Is the Empowerment Package Digital?Yes, the Empowerment Package is 100% digital and downloadable, and nothing is shipped. Once you purchase it, you’ll be able to login to your membership site with your Username and Password on any computer or digital device with internet access. You can listen online, or you can download the package onto your computer and then onto a CD or a thumb drive.
If I purchase the Empowerment Package, how long can I access everything for?The Empowerment Package includes lifetime access, so you can download the interviews and transcripts at your leisure. Some of the bonuses will only be offered by their providers for a limited time. If you are already an Empowerment Package owner click here to login to our member center to access your products. Why do you charge for the Empowerment Package?We make all of the Food Revolution Summit’s initial broadcasts and replays available for free and that enables us to reach tens of thousands of people.
We also offer the Empowerment Packages for a fee, and this enables us provide some added value to those who want it while also covering operating costs, and hopefully generating enough funding to make promotion appealing to our affiliates and to support future projects.
Can I get a hard copy of the 2017 Summit Empowerment Package?Yes, we offer the option to purchase a CD Set as an additional resource for existing Empowerment Package customers only. After you get the digital Empowerment Package, you will have the option to purchase the CD Set for an additional $100. This is only available as an upgrade for digital Empowerment Package customers.
What methods of payment do you accept?We accept PayPal, Amazon, Visa, & Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your refund policy?We offer a full refund for Empowerment Package customers, within 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product purchase for any reason, please contact by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put “Refund” in the subject and give us the email address you used with your purchase, and we will gladly and promptly issue you a full refund. If you are comfortable telling us why you are requesting a refund, we appreciate the feedback. Thank you!
How can I access the transcripts of the 2017 Summit presentations?Yes, for those that purchase the Empowerment Package, transcripts will be available (in both English & Spanish) for download or to view online within a few hours after each of the interview broadcasts.
