I'm a WHOLE Life Club member. How can I download audio files and transcripts for the Action Hours?

Downloading the Action Hour transcripts and audio files is very easy.

1. If you are a WHOLE Life Club member, visit the Action Hour page in your Member Center.
2. Click on the Action Hour you would like to download material for.
3. Underneath the video box, you will see an option to download the transcript audio file, or checklist.
4. Click whichever selection you are interested in downloading and the file should start to download immediately. 
5. Once the download is complete, it will be on your computer wherever your downloaded files are typically sent.
6. Depending on what the file is that you downloaded, you can use the appropriate software on your computer to open it, listen to it, or print it.
