I'm a WHOLE Life Club member. How can I make the most of my membership?

Where you spend your time will depend in large part on your interests and your reasons for joining WLC. Some members prefer to focus on just one or two areas, such as the Weekly Guide and recipes, while others like to do it all. What follows are my best suggestions.

Greet each Monday by checking out the Weekly Guide, where you’ll find:

  • Ocean’s Action of the Week Video;
  • the related Action Checklist;
  • links to 5 new, plant-powered recipes;
  • links to recipe-related materials and resources that will deepen your knowledge; and,
  • a discussion thread focusing on the week’s theme.

Build supportive, plant-powered relationships with other WLC members in the Community Forum. We’ve created specific channels to help you find the topics that are of most interest and/or value to you. They currently include Nutrition, Cooking, Lifestyle and Moral Support, in addition to the Introductions and General channels. You can ask questions, offer suggestions and feel part of a larger community.

Explore and experiment with the recipes! In addition to the 5 weekly recipes, you’ll find the entire curated collection in one place. And, our Culinary Coordinator, is available to answer your cooking questions–simple to complex–in the various comment threads.

Keep learning. On the first Saturday of the month Ocean hosts a live Action Hour, when he sits down with a trusted colleague to discuss an aspect of diet and its relationship to your health. Not only can you watch the broadcast directly from the Action Hour page, but you can also ask questions. That is a special perk of membership; even though we open the hour to the general public, only WLC members can ask questions.

Reach out for additional support. Our Community Coordinator, AnnMarie Roth, oversees WHOLE Life Club and is active in the Community Forum. AnnMarie and the entire Community Support Team are there to answer questions, offer guidance and connect you with additional resources.
