I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you are trying to log into the new Member Center for a purchase made during 2018 or 2019 (except Plant-Powered and Thriving), you can change your password here. Click 'Having trouble logging in?' and you will be prompted to enter your email address for a new password to be sent to you.
If you are trying to log into our older Member Center for PPT or any products bought in 2017 and earlier, and have forgotten or have not received your password, you can change it here.
