Alternatively, this might also be due to cache overloading. Could you try restarting your browser or app? And if this fails, you might need to reboot your system.
We recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser, so if you're running a different browser, you might wish to download and install Chrome. You can do so here.
There is also a button on the bottom right corner that says "Auto" on the video player (the film must be playing in order to see it); you can press that, and it will automatically adjust the playback quality.
