How is the Healthy Brain course structured?

The course consists of:

  • Six video modules, each with two core video lessons (one on the “why” by Dr. Dean Sherzai and one on the “how” by Dr. Ayesha Sherzai)
  • Cooking demonstrations and recipes tailored to the weekly topics
  • A downloadable workbook for each module
  • 6–8 whole food, plant-based recipes per module
  • An optional community forum to connect with fellow participants and moderators
