I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

If you're experiencing issues:

  1. Delete the old version of the app from your device.
  2. Download the latest version from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store
  3. If prompted, sign up for a new account and start fresh with tracking your goals.
