I need help purchasing the Summit Docuseries Empowerment Package. What do I do?

Please follow the information below to ensure all the fields are filled out correctly on the checkout page. If anything is missing, it will not allow you to proceed. 

Order Form - United States

Please make sure that all of the fields are filled out in your order form. Only the second address line and telephone number are optional. Once the Place Order Securely button is dark orange, you can submit your order. 

Order Form - International 

Please select your country first and then enter your zip code. This is all the information that you will need for the billing address. Once the Place Order Securely button is dark orange, you can submit your order. 

PayPal

Currently, when selecting PayPal as a payment method, you MUST pick a bank account or credit card within your PayPal account when first selecting PayPal as a payment method. Once done and the order is submitted, if there is enough balance within PayPal to cover the transaction, that amount will be used. If not, then the selected payment method will be used to cover the transaction.
